We are expanding our marketing team, looking for marketing consultants that have experience planning, booking, executing and tracking advertisement campaigns in TV.

Job Description:

  • In cooperation with Marketing Manager and Product Concept Owner develop and follow up a marketing plan for the defined market and products, that is in line with the company’s strategy – mainly TV, print, digital.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to sell defined products.
  • Track and analyze marketing activities based on defined KPIs.
  • Perform market and competitors’ analysis and follow the trends in the industry.
  • Produce monthly reports on performance of the channels.
  • Ensure that all marketing and communications are in line with all relevant laws, regulations and standards.
  • Ensure good internal communication with customer service and other departments.
  • Work closely with CZ team for planning and delivery of campaigns.

Responsibility and authority:

The position reports to Marketing Manager of Nordic Health.

It is expected that the employee can work independently, takes initiative and responsibility for execution of the plans.

Main requirements:

  • Experience with booking, planning, executing and tracking results of campaigns in TV
  • Marketing experience min 3 years in B2C sector preferably from direct sales
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferable in marketing, business and economics
  • Analytical mindset, creative and proactive approach
  • Passionate about your work

Oslo Skin Lab® (brand of NutraQ AS, a group that Nordic Health is part of) has launched The Solution™ – a beauty product that helps to reduce wrinkles from the inside of the skin. After only a year in Norway, Sweden and Finland, we are now in an exciting growth phase which involves expansion into new markets, with new launches of well documented products for both external and internal skin care.

For this exciting journey, Nordic Health is searching to hire a new colleague who can take responsibility for marketing the Oslo Skin Lab® products in the Czech Republic.

The working day will certainly include planning and monitoring of various marketing activities while continually observing their impact and finding the best marketing approach. You will be provided with the means to communicate the products to your target audience effectively and will have a freedom to be creative and innovative.

Nordic Health sells all products directly to consumers, using a unique business model of recurring shipments. The main goal for the position is to build up customer base of active customers of Nordic Health through new sales of Oslo Skin Lab® products in the most cost-effective way. Increase customer value by reducing customer drop-outs, sell additional products, as well as winning back passive customers, through designed marketing activities. Main KPIs that are measured are CPO (cost per order), customer churn and drop outs and Average Take (average number of products bought by one customer).

Main Tasks:

  • Planning and executing advertising campaigns on the web
  • Launching and editing web site of the brand
  • Create/ edit marketing material and make it suitable for Czechia
  • Active participation and follow-up on social media (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Creating and sending a newsletter via mail, as well as increasing the mail base with new leads
  • Contact point for current business partners, such as bloggers and various media houses
  • Analysis of profitability in marketing, as well as continuous follow-up and adjustment to determine the best marketing approach
  • TV bookings (in cooperation with internal TV specialist)
